In this course, your child will be introduced to Reason, a powerful digital audio workstation that's widely used by professionals and beginners alike. They’ll start by exploring the software’s interface, learning how to use its tools to create and manipulate sounds. From understanding basic concepts like tempo and rhythm to experimenting with different instruments and effects, your child will gain a strong foundation in music production. This hands-on experience with Reason will empower them to start turning their musical ideas into reality.

Throughout the course, your child will develop key skills that are fundamental to music production. They’ll dive into MIDI programming, learning how to create and arrange digital notes to form melodies and beats. In composition, they’ll discover how to structure a song, balancing harmony, melody, and rhythm. The recording sessions will teach them how to capture sounds, whether it’s their voice or instruments, while the editing process will show them how to polish their tracks, adjusting levels, and refining their work. These skills will not only help them create music during the course but also serve as a foundation for future musical endeavors.

By the end of the course, your child will have the opportunity to apply everything they've learned by crafting their own unique song. From the first note to the final mix, they’ll take full creative control, making choices about the style, mood, and elements of their track.
